In Toulouse (France) Antonio De Fabbio is the first qualified of the Olympics of the True Neapolitan Pizza by unaffiliated!

The True Neapolitan Pizza Association launches the 3rd edition of the Olympics of the True Neapolitan Pizza Olympics, the biggest challenge among Veraci pizza makers from all over the world, in Naples from 3 to 6 July 2022 at the Capodimonte headquarters.

Competing for the Olympic 'medals' in Naples from 3 to 6 July - both individually and by country - will be not only the pizzerias and master pizza chefs affiliated with AVPN scattered throughout the five continents, but also the unaffiliated and amateurs (it will be reserved for them a special category).

In Toulouse at the Parc des Expositions was held the first stage of the selectionsof the Olympics of the True Neapolitan Pizza for non-affiliates!

The best pizza chefs from France were selected by Marco Leone, Brand Ambassador of Sardinia and AVPN Instructor, Pasquale Mormile AVPN Instructor in France and Simone Desogus, an italian pizza chef.

To get on the podium are: the Neapolitan Antonio De Fabbio positioned in the center and champion of the tournament, Hervet Cedric on his right as 2nd classified and Morieux Eric on his left as 3rd classified.

 

In the next few days, we will see the President Antonio Pace with the General Manager Stefano Auricchio and the Marketing Director Gianluca Liccardo at the Pizza Expo in Las Vegas, also awarding the 1st place in the Neapolitan Pizza category - STG with flight, stay and qualification for the Olympics finals of Naples.
