Lovers of true Pizza napoletana, raised with a chewy crust, will queue up to try Stefano's pizza, the 1995 European pizza champion and now the fiduciary of the Italian Pizza Commitee. The pizzas, served on wooden chopping boards, are original, varied and incredibly good, e.g. pizza with provola, onion and chili pepper. The fried mixed fish dishes and focaccias are also very nice.
