At Marco's Coal Fired we want to bring that feeling to you, which is why we've worked hard to bring you the best ingredients, like Antico Molino Caputo flour, San Marzano tomatoes and the freshest locally grown produce. Our pizzamakers are trained and certified from the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana and our pizzeria is certified from AVPN Usa Delegation too. We bake our pizzas in Acunto Ovens - handmade of brick from Naples.
