The Restaurant Pizzeria 'Il Galeone' was opened in 1989 by the nepolitans family called Vitucci. Rumors says that Vitucci's great greatmother already cooked real neapolitan pizza at the end of nintheen century in the popular neapolitan quartier of Vasto and sold them with the formula "Oggi 'a otto" that meant eat now and pay in a week!
After four generation the Vitucci's opened a new pizzeria in a nice spot and place, San Lazzaro di Vigliena in the Bologna neiborhood. Very few people at that time knew the characteristic of the real neapolitan pizza, and they started to propose it like in Naples: by now, after twenty years of activity, they employ only professional and trained staff, so you can eat pizza napoletana according to the neapolitan tradition and rules.
