With "La Vecchia Malga" pizza in Bologna takes flight!
Pizzeria La Vecchia Malga, who lit the ovens last December 18, was born from the passion of Stefano Chiari and Luca Di Massa for quality products, with the ambitious goal of spreading the uniqueness of Italian Food and Wine Culture among travelers of all nationalities in transit at the Marconi. Unique in an Italian airport to the presence of two wood owen, the menu features local classic Neapolitan pizzas and some variants that enhance the products and traditions of Bologna and Emilia. The opening of the Pizzeria goes so to enrich the offerings of culinary excellence present Marconi and being on the ground floor of the terminal, a short distance from the Main Entrance, is in an area open to the public.
