Meanwhile in Belfast is located at the Lower Level of the historical Ocean House, just few steps from the harbormaster and the harbor walk, downtown Belfast MAINE. Originally built in 1817, the Ocean House has gone through 2 year renovation thanks to Seth Thayer and Greg Tinder who bought the building in 2011. Once upon a time at the Ocean House there was already a Lunch Room, serving hot lunches and daily specials in 1897. This is a great opportunity for all of us to give life to the building's lower space and to write some "culinary history" again. Alessandro and Clementina are both from Italy, born and raised. Before landing in Maine they have done some extensive travelling, working and studying all over Europe. Alessandro is a Certified Neapolitan Master Pizza Chef by Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana in Napoli, Italy. He is using his wood fire cooking knowledge and experience to create genuine pizzas and other delicacies. The way the pizzas and other baked goods are prepared come after years of researching and perfecting the recipes and the process. This is their first wood fire "pizza experience" restaurant in USA.
