A place designed and created for Sergio Maglione of the Formal Toto Restaurant and Legendary Toto Pizza by the metre, to show his genuine Italian Street food, homemade pasta and Napoletana Wood Fired Pizza in a funky modern surround. Together with long time working friend Mike Ross they have managed to win numerous awards since opening the door in 2014. Two open kitchens with communal tables in the middle and dinning at the kitchen counters, High leaners along the main wall give the chance for all to feel like part of the kitchen. While dinning some say they could be in Italy or maybe even New York.
Dinner is busy and normally tables are coming and going all night so to dine here the team believe it usually takes 10 to 20 minutes to be seated.
Brilliant for lunch, all pasta is house made which means cooking time is quick but as for the pizza, it only takes between 60 and 90 seconds to cook so very easy to slip in and out during your lunch break or stay and enjoy the list of Italian inspired cocktails and full menu
