Pane Fresco is an Italian restaurant in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Norrköping. There the family Roberto cooks traditional Neapolitan dishes with flavors from their residence in southern Italy.
Neapolitan cooking is based on a simple country kitchen, with the focus often on highlighting a raw material and allowing the flavors to speak for themselves. The main course in Naples - and on the Pane Fresco - is the pizza. A true Neapolitan pizza must meet certain requirements for cooking methods and ingredients, therefore, many of the raw materials and products on Pane Fresco come from southern Italy.
