In April 2017 Milton went to Naples to follow the course of pizzaiolo certified by the Verace Neapolitan Pizza Association, where he shared with other 8 pizza makers from all over the world. Upon his return, he started the installation of the Andalué pizzeria with the name "9 Pizzaioli" in honor of his Neapolitan colleagues. Together with his wife, Barbara, they buy the wood oven, specially brought from Naples, which places them as the only Napolitana pizzeria in Chile with a wood-burning oven, this peculiarity gives that spatial flavor that in a few months has become one of the favorites of pizza lovers of the great Concepción.
