Donna Mamma’s first idea was born in 2018’s summer. Afterwards the owners attended AVPN’s basic neapolitan pizza maker’s course in September with a succesful final exam. In the end of 2019 they managed to find a proper place in the inner city of Budapest and also the pizza training started with Giulio Abussi, AVPN’s international trainer. The pizzeria opened in the beginning of December. Donna Mamma Pizza Napoletana offers traditional neapolitan pizzas with respect of the tradition but with a little excitement in the toppings.
