Our goal, in De Pizzabakkerij, is to find a good and distinctive product. That's why in 2015 we looked for training on the Internet to become a pizza chef. We ended up at the AVPN, the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, the renowned pizza school for pizza in Naples. There our owner followed the training with strict rules for the only real pizza in the whole world (according to the Neapolitans). This meant working with pizzas from 12 to 13 hours a day: internship in the morning at a local pizzeria and theory from early afternoon to mid-evening. This intense training is reflected in our delicious pizzas!
