Our pizzaiolo with a huge smile and a big heart create wonders in the wood-fired oven that came to us in August 2019 from Naples. Our Pizza dough is a combination of Neapolitan flour, filtered water and appropriate sea salt. Each product that we use is of the highest quality, often marked with the D.O.P. and I.G.P.
